2. Our Policies

We have a Zero-Tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Whistleblowing Policy

We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organization. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.

3. Supply Chain Risk Assessment

As a digital technology company, our supply chain is relatively short. However, we acknowledge risks in the hardware manufacturing sector.

Hardware: Procurement of servers and networking equipment involves global supply chains (electronics manufacturing) where forced labor risks exist.
Data Centers: We partner with Tier-4 data centers. We audit their employment practices to ensure fair labor standards for security and maintenance staff.

4. Due Diligence Processes

We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We require all major hardware suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes specific prohibitions against the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary prison labor.

Audit Rights

We reserve the right to audit our suppliers (or appoint a third party to do so) to verify compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

5. Training & KPIs

Training: All procurement and HR staff receive mandatory training on how to identify the signs of modern slavery.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI): To date, we have received zero reports of modern slavery within our supply chain.
