1. Purpose & Commitment

Amadeus Protected LTD relies on a culture of transparency and integrity. We encourage everyone—employees, contractors, and suppliers—to "Speak Up" if they witness conduct that violates our Code of Ethics or the law.

This policy provides a secure, confidential framework for reporting concerns without fear of victimization or dismissal.

2. Reportable Concerns

You should report any suspected wrongdoing, including but not limited to:

Financial Fraud: Money laundering, bribery, or accounting manipulation.
Security Breaches: Covering up data leaks or ignoring security protocols.
Human Rights: Harassment, discrimination, or modern slavery.
Corruption: Conflicts of interest or insider trading.

3. Protection & Non-Retaliation

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR RETALIATION: Any employee who retaliates against a whistleblower (e.g., through demotion, harassment, or firing) will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Anonymity

You have the right to remain anonymous. While providing your name helps the investigation, we respect your choice to withhold it. We use third-party encryption to protect the identity of reporters.

4. How to Report

We provide multiple secure channels for raising concerns:

Anonymous Web Form: Accessed via the internal Employee Portal with encrypted submission.

5. Investigation Process

Once a report is received, the Ethics Committee will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 7 days (if contact details are provided).
  • Assess whether the report falls within the scope of this policy.
  • Investigate the matter impartially using internal auditors or external forensic experts.
  • Conclude the case and implement corrective actions.
